To the fullest extent permitted by law, Moments and its developer are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the app.
Termination
You may stop using Moments at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if we believe these terms, app security, or applicable law have been violated.

We may update these terms as Moments evolves. The "Last Updated" date will reflect the latest update.
